Helpline opening hours for the festive season

Get in touch with us on 0303 123 9999, or email helpline@rnib.org.uk. You can also ask us a question using our contact form.

Our opening hours over the festive period are:

  • Thursday 24 December: 8am-2pm
  • Friday 25 to Monday 28 December: Closed
  • Tuesday 29 December: 9am-5pm
  • Wednesday 30 December: 9am-5pm
  • Thursday 31 December: 8am-4pm
  • Friday 1 January: Closed
  • Saturday 2 January: 9am-1pm

Calls to our Helpline cost no more than a standard rate call to 01 or 02 numbers and count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. The price of calls varies between different service providers, including between landline and mobile companies. Please note that we record all our calls for training and quality purposes. All calls are treated in confidence.

We can arrange for interpreting services over the phone, quickly in over 200 languages, so please don’t hesitate in reaching out to us even if English isn’t your first language.
