5.1 Minutes of previous Full Council meeting: To approve the minutes of the Full Parish Council meeting held on 20th May 2025
5.2 Minutes of previous Staffing Committee meeting: To approve the minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on 10th June 2025.
6. Pedestrian safety and Public Right of Way at Millbrook Cemetery (Action from previous meetings)
To receive the communication from Cornwall Council and agree the following:
(i) appropriate wording for the pedestrian safety signage
(ii) the number of signs
(iii) a budget for associated costs.
Background information: During the meeting held on 21st May 2024 (minute 19.3) the Council agreed that the Council;
(i) seeks to register the path in the cemetery as a public right of way.
(ii) ask the local schools to produce some signage directing pedestrians to use the footpath.

7. Councillor visit to Lethytep
Do any Councillors wish to visit Lethytep (a Wildlife Haven in Lanthreath)? (Update from

8. Finance
8.1. Council’s bank balance: To note the Council’s Unity Trust Bank balances for the current and savings accounts.
8.2 Council’s savings account balance: To note the balance in the Nationwide Building Society Account at the end of May 2025.
8.3 CCLA Investment Management Fund: To receive the May 2025 statement detailing £50,000 in the Public Sector Deposit Fund.
8.4. Bank reconciliation: To note the bank reconciliation report for May 2025.
8.5 Finance report: To receive the Clerk’s finance report.
8.6 Monthly payments: To note payments made since the last meeting and to approve the
payments as presented by the Clerk, included in the list below and any additional payments presented in the meeting, which can be submitted for approval at the discretion of the Chair.
9. Village maintenance
Li-ion Batteries for heat gun (to be used by the caretaker for weed clearance): To consider approval of 2 x 18v multipurpose Dewalt Li-Ion batteries.
10. Recreation Park
10.1 Annual inspection: To receive the Annual Inspection reports for the Play Park, Skate Park and Tennis Courts.

10.2 Bin at Millbrook Skatepark: To consider the quotation of £225.00 from Enhanscapes to relocate a bin near the seating area at Millbrook Skatepark.
10.3 Hedging: To consider the quotation of £885.00 from Enhanscapes to plant a tree hedge of approximately 23m length along the boundary between the football pitch and tractor park.(Note: Funding for trees / hedging will be sourced from Forest for Cornwall).
10.4 Agility Assault course in Millbrook Tractor Park: To consider the quotation from Enhanscapes (a) to assess the assault wall at a cost of £30.00 (b) to reinforce the existing wooden structure in the play park excavating, installing and fastening timbers (with concrete and timber-lock fasteners at a cost of £330.
11. Public car parks
11.1 Barriers in Greenland car park
To consider the quotation of £340.00 from Enhanscapes to move the yellow barrier so that the angle provides more accessibility for those using mobility scooters. (Cllr Elworthy)
11.2 To consider approval of the quotation from Flowbird for the maintenance renewal of the car park machine in West Street at a cost of £765.96.
11.3 Car park permit fees.
To review the West Street car park permit fees for residents paying by monthly Standing Order for biannual and annual permits and to consider an administration fee.

14. Community Engagement Event – “Meet Your Millbrook Parish Councillors”
To consider the proposal to organise a community engagement event titled “Meet Your Millbrook Parish Councillors” at Millbrook Tanyard, aimed at increasing visibility, accessibility, and two-way communication between the Council and residents and to approve a budget for associated budget costs. 15. Children’s second-hand stall in the Tanyard
To consider the proposal to host a Children’s Climate and Environment Sustainable Event on 13th July 2025 and to agree a budget for associated costs. (Cllr Polák)
