Millbrook Parish Council 2025-26 Budget and precept submission
Extract from Full Parish Council meeting held on 20th January 2026
134.5 To receive the reports produced by the Clerk / RFO, submitted to the Finance Committee and to consider the Finance Committees’ recommendations:
(i) To receive the Clerk’s Finance Report, which includes actions discussed in the Finance Committee meeting.
The Chair thanked the Clerk for a detailed budget report.
The Clerk noted the office rent will be £1,320 not £1,400 as detailed in the budget but recommended, as the Council’s accounts package has gone up more than anticipated the £80.00 is transferred to the General Admin Costs.
(ii) Budget for 2025-26: Subject to the reallocation of the £80.00 the Council resolved to approve the budget as presented. See appendix 2 – page 10.

(iii) Precept submission: The Council resolved to approve the precept submission of £138,322, as recommended by the Finance Committee.
