4.1 Cornwall Councillor update
4.2 Public forum: Standing Orders 3e, 3f and 3g: Members of the public may make
representations, answer questions and give evidence at a meeting which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda. The period of time designated for public participation at a meeting in accordance with standing order 3(e) shall not exceed 30 minutes unless directed by the chair of the meeting. Subject to standing order 3(f), a member of the public shall not speak for more than 3 minutes.

6.2 Devon and Cornwall Inn / Community Right to bid application (also known as Asset of Community Value): To receive an update from the Parish Clerk
7. Use of Parish Council land: To receive the request from the Black Prince Flower Boat Festival Committee to use the Parish Council land for (a) use of Millbrook Tanyard, to include trading stall holders (b) to put up bunting in Millbrook Tanyard (c) Use of Millbrook Village Hall car park and to put out notices asking vehicle owners to move from the car park by the morning of the Black Prince Flower Boat Festival so that the annual Maypole dancing and procession / parade can commence from outside the Village Hall.

8.1 Parish Council Unity Trust bank accounts: To note the balances on the accounts.
8.2 Parish Council Nationwide Savings Account: To note the balance on the account.
8.3 CCLA Investment Management Fund: To receive the latest statement.
8.4 Bank reconciliation report: To receive the March 2025 bank reconciliation report.
8.5 Bank signatories: To consider appointment of additional bank signatories or alternative contingency payment methods for May 2025.
8.6 CALC membership: To receive the correspondence and invoice from Cornwall Association of Local Councils and to consider the payment of the 2025/26 CALC and NALC membership subscription.
