4.2 Public forum: Standing Order 3e, 3f and 3g: Members of the public may make representations, answer questions and give evidence at a meeting which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda. The period of time designated for public participation at a meeting in accordance with standing order 3(e) shall not exceed 30 minutes unless directed by the chair of the meeting. Subject to standing order 3(f), a member of the public shall not speak for more than 3 minutes.

6.1 Defibrillator installation at Southdown: To receive an update on the relocation.
6.2 Electrical Charge Point: To receive an update on recent communication with Pod Point.
6.3 Millbrook Lake Moorings Association (MLMA) / Duchy lease: During the meeting held on 20th June 2023 the Council agreed that at the expiry of the lease, the Parish Council would not seek a new lease and supports the MLMA in taking the new 25-year lease to commence in March 2025. A new lease has not been formalised between the MLMA and Duchy of Cornwall.

9. Millbrook Skatepark
9.1 Funds: To receive the latest accounts for the skatepark project

9.2 Planning application from Solar Lighting: To receive an update
9.3 Seating and landscaping: (i) To consider whether Standing Order 18av is applicable ‘Whether contracts with an estimated value below £25,000 due to special circumstances are exempt from a tendering process or procurement exercise.’
(ii) To consider approval, using Millbrook Project skatepark funds, of (a) Oltco resin surfacing quotation (b) seating from Benchmark (c) Boulders (see proposal and drawings from Millbrook Skatepark Project).
9.4 Seat by Millbrook skatepark:Subject to approval of agenda item 8.3(ii)b, to consider the quotation to relocate the seat currently on the concrete base by the skatepark to the lakeside.
10. Millbrook Tractor Park
10.1 Toddler Swing repairs: In view of the recent damage to the toddler swing (following a call out from the Torpoint Fire Station) to consider a budget for repairs.

11. Climate and Environment
11.1 Meeting held on 12th March 2025: To receive the meeting notes.
11.2 Endangered wildlife slates: Are the council in agreement that we place approximately 10 slates (see photographs) around the lake and the dog walking area, for a temporary period. (The signs would be strategically placed so as not to affect regular grass cutting)
