The Council will not fund:
– Individuals or appeals supporting individuals
– Organisations supporting or opposing political groups.
– Organisations that discriminate on the grounds of sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion and belief or age.

The Council reserves the right to impose conditions on any grant offered.
