Update received 20th June 2023

To date we have raised £118,750 overall plus a conditional £59k commitment from Cornwall Council CIL fund (*see below), this amount so far is made up as follows:

£60k from our community Crowdfunder (including match funding of £10k from Sport England; £10k from British Cycling; £500 from Devon and Cornwall Police; £250 from Cornwall Council; and £20k from Millbrook Parish Council).. For details, see:

£15k from the Prince’s Countryside Fund
£10k from National Lottery ‘Awards For All’
£21,750 from Cornwall Council Good Growth Community Capacity Fund
£5k from Cornwall Community Foundation
£1k from Maker with Rame Parish Council
£1k from St Germans Parish Council
£5k local fundraising events and merchandise sales

[*£59,000 has been allocated this financial year by Cornwall Council CIL fund, pending some planning consent issues being sorted out by the parish council.]

We will also apply for Round Two of the Shared Prosperity Funding (Community Levelling Up programme – part of Cornwall Council’s Good Growth initiative), once planning issues sorted.

We have an application under review with GWR Community Investment Fund, for £10k.

We are applying for £20k from the Samworth Brothers Sports Opportunity Fund.

We have told Mavericks to go ahead and seek permitted development rights based on revised designs now approved by groups.
