Millbrook Tractor Park – Roundabout Consultation

Sep 20, 2022 | Community News, Council News

After many years of enthusiastic use the roundabout in Millbrook tractor park is coming to the end of its life.
In a preliminary assessment, deterioration of the roundabout is extensive and therefore not viable to restore, so would need to be replaced.
Attached are examples of inclusive roundabouts that the replacement could look like pending full council approval, and subject to funding.
Alternatively, we would love to know if you would like to see something else in its place.
Please let us know your suggestions, and any good ideas will be shared with the councillors to consider.

I agree that the roundabout needs replacing, I also agree that it needs to be inclusive for all abilities. I believe that the roundabout needs to be able to accommodate more than 1 child at a time, as children want to play with their friends.
