Make Time For Your Mental Health

We all feel the stresses and strains that the everyday can put on us, that’s why it’s so important to make time for your mental health.

Your mental wellbeing is just as important as looking after your physical wellbeing.

Here we have listed a range of useful resources to help keep you on track, help you recognise the signs and support you when you need it most.

The Coronavirus pandemic has placed additional pressures on our mental health, there are dedicated wellbeing guides to support you through this time.

Chatty Bench

There is a a chatty bench by the lakeside, which we hope will help to tackle loneliness and support positive mental health within the community. Chatty benches are designed to be designated areas where you can go and sit and others can sit and chat with you. For someone who is lonely or experiencing low mood this act of kindness can really support them in a positive way and ring our community together.
