4. Public forum and Cornwall Councillor update
At the Chair’s discretion members of the public can address the Parish Council on any subject relevant to Council business, as detailed on the agenda. Members of public shall be permitted to speak for up to three minutes (Standing Order 3g). A summary of points raised during the public forum will be included in the minutes of the meeting. The minutes will not be a verbatim record of the meeting.

6. Approval of the minutes from previous meeting:
6.1 Minutes of the last full Parish Council meeting: To approve the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on Tuesday 18th July 2023.
6.2 Minutes of the last Staffing Committee meeting: To approve the minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on 11th August 2023.
7. Assets and Open Spaces
7.1 Completed tree works: To note the immediate health and safety actions taken, under the Clerk’s delegated authority, for emergency tree works and maintenance for the recreation park and to approve the payment to T Ewings.
7.2 Tree Survey reports: To review and consider the quotations for a Tree Risk Assessment survey for the trees on Parish Council land.
7.3 Future planning of Tree planting: To consider exploring options of applying for grant funding to cover the costs of a feasibility study, which would include recommendations on tree planting and a management plan of Parish Council owned land.
7.4Kerbside weed clearance / use of Foamstream: To review and consider the quotations for the use of a non-herbicidal Foamstream system on the main streets in Millbrook.
8. Town Crier
To ratify the appointment of Christopher Hindley-Matic as the Parish Council’s Town Crier.
9. Staffing
To note the appointment of James Sainsbury as the Parish Council’s Assistant Caretaker, as approved by the Staffing Committee during the meeting held on 11th August 2023.
