1. Chair’s welcome and announcements
1.1 Welcome, housekeeping, and overview of meeting procedures

2. Apologies for absence.
3. To receive declarations of gifts, declarations of interest relating to matters on the agenda, in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct, and to consider any requests for dispensations.

c. Declaration of gifts or hospitality with a value of over £50.00. Declarations of gifts and declarations of interest on any agenda item.
4. Public forum and County Councillor report/update.
4.1 Public forum
Standing Order 3e: Members of the public may make representations, answer questions and give evidence at a meeting which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda.
Standing Order 3f: The period of time designated for public participation at a meeting in accordance with standing order 3(e) shall not exceed 30 minutes unless directed by the chair of the meeting.
Standing Order 3g: Subject to standing order 3(f), a member of the public shall not speak for more than 3 minutes.
4.2 Cornwall Councillor report / update
5. Approval of the minutes from previous meetings
5.1 Last Full Council meeting: To approve the minutes of the Full Council meeting held on 19th November 2024.
5.2 Last Staffing Committee meeting: To approve the minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on 29th November 2024.
6. Millbrook Skatepark Project
6.1 Solar Lighting provision Millbrook Skatepark – planning application: To approve Millbrook Parish Council submits a planning application for the provision of solar lighting around the new skatepark facility and to agree a budget for associated costs.
6.2 Solar Lighting quotations: To approve the quotation(s) for Solar Lighting in Millbrook Skatepark.
6.3 Additional seating in Millbrook Skatepark: (a) Does the Council wish to submit an insurance claim following criminal damage of the picnic bench in the skatepark (b) subject to funding, to delegate the purchase of a concrete picnic bench to the Parish Clerk, in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chair of the Council and the members of Millbrook Skatepark Project group.
7. Finance
7.1 Monthly payments: To note payments made since the last meeting and to approve the payments as presented by the Clerk, included in the list below, and any additional payments presented in the meeting, which can be submitted for approval at the discretion of the Chair.
8. CLOSED SESSION
8.1 Exclusion of public and press from the meeting.
Councillors to resolve that pursuant to section 1 (2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to
Meetings) Act 1960 and the Local Government Act 1972 S100 (2) the public and press leave the meeting because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
8.1 Recommendations from the Staffing Committee: To receive the recommendations from the Staffing Committee and consider approval.
