Instructions:
- Write you name and address on a piece of paper with your offer.
- Seal the envelope and write Millbrook Parish Council trailer bid offer on the front.
- Sign the back of the envelope.
- If these instructions are not followed the your offer will be not be accepted.
Deadline: 5pm Monday 11th August 2025

Acceptance of offer
The sealed bids will be opened during the Parish Council meeting on 19th August 2025, in the presence of the Parish Councillors. The highest bid will be accepted.
Payment terms: The accepted offer will need to be made by BACS transfer to the Parish Council prior to the buyer receiving the trailer.
