Special Constables

Special Constables, our volunteer police officers, get a real feeling of achievement at having done something to help others, while supporting regular officers and contributing to the local community. They give 16 hours of their time each month, have the same powers as Police Officers; and undergo dedicated training and development.

Devon and Cornwall Police are currently open for recruitment of Special Constables.

This recruitment window will close on Monday the 15th of February 2021.
