Southwest Water is working along Military Rd from Monday 14 September for up to 3 weeks to replace 240m of failed water main.

As a result, the road will be closed to all traffic for that period, and the diversion route (blue below) will be in force to help traffic around the closure point (red point below).

Local buses (including school buses) will be on an amended service timetable for Military Rd stops. Please contact the bus service provider for updates.

Please note that there will be no through traffic possible along this stretch during the initial 2 weeks – SWW are aiming to reopen to bus services and farm business traffic only for the final week.
