Millbrook Parish Council are seeking quotations from local

cleaning businesses to:

• Clean the multi-play unit in the tractor park
• Clear the weeds on the safety surfacing

• A method statement (please refer to the Council’s Environment and Climate Change policy).
• A risk assessment
• Completion of the attached contractor application form
• A copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate.
