I have lived on the peninsula since 2013 and many of friends have used the skate park over the years. My children were born and have used it throughout their lives and continue to do so. Unfortunately it has gone into disrepair. Upgrading the skatepark is definitely what a deserving community spirited place like millbrook needs!

I’ve been privileged enough to be on board with the project since day one and have been glad to help out where and when I can; using my limited skills and resources. My in laws have lived on the Rame peninsula for decades and I’ve lived here since 2017. Millbrook is a very special place and has a community spirit unlike elsewhere I’ve lived prior. I grew up loving Board Sports and now I have a young nephew and niece; I’d love for them to grow up having a safe and quality skatepark right on their doorstep
