I have approached the Parish Council over permitted parking here. I often use this route when I have seen an outgoing bus turning in towards the Tanyard and I can give way . There a few points in the Village where child safety should be taken more seriously. But I ‘m told there’s no money in the kitty .
Agree with Kelly’s comment above about the speeding on Dawes Lane. There are often children coming down the lane in the opposite direction and cars come along that lane so fast that it is an accident waiting to happen. A speed hump would slow the traffic down and make it safer.
