Millbrook Parish Council is seeking tenders for works on Millbrook Tractor Park, PL10 1EG.

A document has been producing detailing the specifications.

Works to commence by 2nd March 2025
Deadline 23rd March 2025

A fixed price is required.   Contractors are advised to visit the site prior to submitting quotations.

Contractors who have not previously worked for Millbrook Parish Council will be required to complete a contractor application form.

A prospective tender applicant has contacted us asking for photographs of the small slide unit and measurements of the scramble log ramp   Please find responses and photographs below:

• The rope climb is 440cm long, 150cm wide
• The side boards (the 2 green panels on either side of the slide) are 53cm long and 21.5 cm wide at the base.There is only one bit of wood that needs replacing underneath (pictured with the bolts running through). This is 85cm long,9.5cm wide  and 3.5cm deep/ thick,

• There is a lip on the slide that wraps under the bit of wood to be replaced and secured with bolts underneath
