Fallen trees

Feb 18, 2022 | Community News

We have a report of a tree uprooted in the playing field and another section of a tree down across the path by the community orchard. Neither is believed to be a risk to the public, but please take care and avoid the park while the winds are still high as there is still the chance of further tree falls or debris.

Weather permitting, the fallen tree and branches will be cleared tomorrow (Saturday 19th February).

We have also been told a large branch has come down in the old section of the graveyard, blocking the route through the graveyard near the gateway onto Millpool Head. Cornwall Council has been informed and is due to send somebody out this afternoon.
