The Climate & Environment Group meet regularly to develop concrete proposals, for consideration by full Council, that support the objectives of the MPC Climate & Environment Action Plan and the development of a roadmap leading towards MPC carbon neutrality by 2030. Their aim is to protect our natural environment and promote sustainable practices by raising public awareness through community action, engaging with the wider public to support individuals with their climate and environment actions, as well as with other public bodies to share best practices and coalesce around key priorities,
